My favourite time of year as a photographer…feels like a deep inhale of inspiration.

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Brittany & Stephan’s wedding…another trip out to Barkley Brook in Langley. What’s great about this venue is the ability to have the cermony, reception, and unlimited photo spots all in one location.

Brittany & Stephan were both so great to work with, and it makes my job so much easier when the couple is excited not only about posing for photos, but about spending that time together.

I love the time spent as a fly on the wall while the girls get ready:

After shooting Sarah & Steven’s engagement session in May, I realized how awesome these two are in front of the camera, and knew they’d take it to a new level once they got all dolled up on the big day!

Having recently launched my new website design, I figured this would be a great time to add a blog. It’s an exciting way to be able to show what I’ve been working on lately, and feature some great couples. Plus, maybe it’ll satisfy my impatient side!
